Yeah, the Executive branch, which happens to be the one with the power to indict someone for violating federal law. The only thing Congress can do about it would be to try to impeach the president, which isn't going to happen this late in Obama's presidency. All bets are off if Hillary is elected and the Republicans retain control of both houses.

I'm not interested in revisiting ancient history. The present email scandal, including mishandling of classified materials and lying to the FBI about it (unless you really believe the twenty-odd "I don't recalls"), is sufficient for me.

Why should you believe it is fake, Sinobas? Because it was produced by a convicted felon who faked the ACORN video, faked the Shirley Sherrod video, and faked the Planned Parenthood video. You can take sentences, splice them together out of context, and make anyone say anything. I could put together something pretty damning by clipping words out of your posts and stringing them together. The things "may have happened" but that does not mean anyone in the Clinton campaign did them.
True enough, we'd need more investigation to prove their assertion that they are the "dark hand" of the Clinton campaigne. But these were not sentences spliced together. "We paid mentally ill people to cause trouble in Trump rallies, in fact, we were behind this particular incident".
