Re: The douche speaks Man, the Lakers looked awful. We played terrible, and still got it done. It would go 7 if we played them in the 2nd or 3rd round
Re: The douche speaks There were 3 plays like that. Not even touched and TWEET, he should be the last to bitch about officiating
Re: The douche speaks Why wouldn't we be upset if the 3rd was reversed? We won that quarter by 8 points. Portland really was not at the best tonight. They normally don't give up so many offensive rebounds, they missed 10 free throws, and only shot 43% from the field, 36% from 3pt. We also missed about 5 dunks/layups. Tighten that up a bit and the 8 point win becomes another a 20 point blow out.
Re: The douche speaks "It was the FTs". Yeah, the Blazers shot a bunch of them when the Lakers were fouling in the last 3 minutes of the game for no reason. Highlight of the year? Watching Oden dunk on Bynum. Get used to it, Laker fan.
Re: The douche speaks If you're wondering why he would complain about FTs, that is the only quarter where typically a fan of a losing team would get pissed off about. I don't really like to make excuses though, but you can see that based on this there really is nothing awkward concerning what he said. He was mad about the third in particular, it is a natural biased/true (depending how you lean, again I don't like to make excuses myself) statement.
Re: The douche speaks Wow. Who edited your comment? Meanwhile, DaRizzle can call all of us posting here "BITCHES" and it stands. Ridiculous.
Re: The douche speaks I don't know who that is in the video you posted, but I am pretty sure that is the guy I caught raping my cat.
Re: The douche speaks Were you the guy handing Kobe Bryant the Kleenex? I thought you looked familiar.
Re: The douche speaks Kobe's body language spoke quite differently from his words. That being said, I think Kobe feels the reason the L*kers lost was he trusted his teammates too much. It's time for the old selfish K*be to return and try to win it on his own.
Re: The douche speaks Kobe Bryant was the only player on the Lakers attacking the basket, thus he shot 12 FTs. Doesn't seem like a FT problem to me. It's his teammates who have the problem for settling for too many jumpers. Also the Lakers refused to adjust to how the refs were calling the game. They kept on playing to close and bumping(Vujacic) and the refs called them on it.
Re: The douche speaks I think I owned up to the loss, so I don't know how this is relevant to me. So you've never complained about FTs? It was nothing.
Re: The douche speaks Bryant has trouble winning in Portland, and Phil Jackson is now afraid to visit the Rose Garden. Rip City, baby.
Re: The douche speaks I didn't really see the entire game, so I cannot comment that much. But I think there were some bad calls. I dunno how much it would've swung the game to our favor, but I'm sure it would've helped. With that being said, I think overall the Blazers just wanted it more. Lakers have been playing sloppy for weeks now, and they better shape up for the postseason.
Re: The douche speaks Bad calls in an NBA game? NO WAY! Home team get's a few extra calls in an NBA game???? NO WAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Bryant having the nerve to complain about someone else getting calls...
Re: The douche speaks I never said anything about it, so calm down. I don't see anything wrong with what Kobe said. Lebron complains about foul calls as well, he complains about getting called for traveling when he does it quite often (I'm sure you guys know). It's not really something I'm gonna crucify him for.
Re: The douche speaks The whole free throw issue is moot in my mind. The only glaring mistake from LA perspective was Fish should have gotten one in the third, and there was one glaring mistake from PDX perspective when Rudy "fouled" Kobe. Both were bad calls. Aside from those two calls, I think the refs were pretty good. LA just did not adjust to how the refs were calling the game, and to the fact that there were not superstar calls in LA's favor like there often are. I think both teams played well, but both teams are also capable of a lot more. I hope to get the 3rd seed so we don't face the Lakers till the Western finals, if we make it that far. To me, Houston has our number and I don't want to play them, after that, LA is still the best of the west till we prove otherwise. Getting beat in LA by too big of a margin for me to feel that LA would be an easy feat.
