nope. Some white dude singing funk. She's now putting the baby to bed, so now I'm on Fox to hear about the WA senate races.
Yeah, but only half of Multnomah County is in, and none of Benton County. Unless I'm doing the math wrong (possible) Kitz has got it. barfo
What this means. 2010 was a census year. Republicans get to draw the redistricting lines in 2011. Governors are a huge boost to local and national candidates. They have a lot of influence on the state politics and they have ready to go organizations to get out the vote and so on. They know where the bodies are buried.
Dems put forth their very best candidate of all: http://www.nbclosangeles.com/news/l...District-State-Senate-Race--106579728.html?dr Democrats Still Push for Win With Deceased Candidate on Ballot
I really should know this, but I don't... Assuming that there's a House R majority and a Senate D majority, can there be a bill that amends or repeals ObamaCare sent from the House to the Senate? Or since the President would veto it and you probably couldn't find 67 votes for it, it's not even worth it?
All spending bills must originate in the house, per constitution. The republicans can refuse to pass a bill funding Obamacare. In fact, republicans can refuse to pass anything Obama wants to spend money on and use that as a hammer of sorts. They'll have to compromise to get anything passed and past a veto.
