    All those things you just describe could apply to several of those networks, chief among them MSNBC.

    Is there any more desperate network than MSNBC? It's been suffering in the ratings for a while.

    Say what you will about Fox, but they never had pundits like Hannity and O'Reilly anchor their primary or convention coverage.

    O'Reilly and Hannity both aired their shows at the DNC. Hannity felt threatened and left if I remember right.

    I didn't say they aired their shows, I mean they didn't anchor coverage of the convention and primaries.

    Brit Hume was the anchor for their convention coverage and primaries.
