Re: The Game; he's underrated That's why Papoose's new album hasn't dropped yet. For the simple fact his stuff isnt what's hott right now with everyone, like D4L, Dem Franchize Boyz etc etc is. Which it shouldnt be.
Re: The Game; he's underrated D4L and Dem Franchise Boyz is the same old crap everytime, Im really sick of it
Re: The Game; he's underrated i think the game is underrated. he one of my favorite rappers.but todays rap sucks and is too hard to defend... "how do you defend: i got hoes in different area codes!" i miss the old raps of pac royce and nas.
Re: The Game; he's underrated lean wit it rock wit it, gotta suck a cock wit it.o yeah thats some deep rap right there..

Now if you look at his old skool stuff there is nothing better. Ice Cube and Dr.Dre still are the same rappers, download Nigga like me by Dr.Dre and Why we Thugs by Ice Cube, they still have it in them. You gotta listen to the real stuff, Immortal Technique, Royce Da 5'9, Eminem, Cypress Hill, Public Enemy, NWA, Jay-Z's old stuff, Tupac, Biggie, Nas's old stuff.</div>This is what im talkin about and Nas's new stuff isn't bad either, Streets Disciples was a good cd im my eyes.Hes also set to drop a new album later on this year, should be good.Public Enemy is also good and Raekwon is set to release Only Built 4 Cuban Linx II later this year also.

Please, like I need facts to back up why I think The Game = Commercial rap.</div>Um yeah I did give a fact. Hes saying all rap is commercial rap and i said listen to some Eminem songs because a lot of his songs are stories and not commercial rap. How is that an opinion??? thats the truth. all your saying is "the game=commercial rap" when his songs are mostly stories so what your saying isnt true unless you dont know what commercial rap is. You want me to give more evidence??? How about a lot of Kanye Wests stuff from his first album. Theres Jay-Z, 2pac, biggie. all perfect examples of rappers who arent just commercial rap.w/e though i dont care i dont want to get in any big arguement
Re: The Game; he's underrated His songs are not all your so called "Stories" though. He talks about the same sh*t and alot of people know that outside of you and some others.

Re: The Game; he's underrated First off - KMart - You said rap can't make your spine shiver like a quitar solo? Umm.. exact opposite for me. It's just because you aren't into it. I'll give you that guys like 50 Cent are garbage (I can't stand them anymore either). But The Game has game (no pun intended lol). The Game is a very good lyricist that can tear it up in a freestyle and also make a hit song. Sure, most of his new stuff is JUST dissing G-Unit (getting old) but like it or not, 300 Bars and Runnin is incredible. His album is pretty good too. And he has some very good songs that aren't about killing or drugs like "Dreams", "Like Father, Like Son", etc. The Game is definitely underrated and even though his shoes aren't that nice, he is a good rapper that used G-Unit to get big and now he's rubbing it in their faces and showing the world how fake they are (although I really do like Young Buck).
Re: The Game; he's underrated ^ That's just like me. I like Buck a lot. Even just the name is real catchy. Anyhow I agree with you. The Game is bringing back old-school type of rap in a modern day style and voice. Good rappers from the past are Eminem, N.W.A, Dr.Dre, Tupac, Nas, and Public Enemy. When they open up a Rap Hall-of-Fame like they have a Rock hall-of-fame, those groups and artists should all be there automatically. The game could be put on there in the future. Jay-Z is also a legend of rap. I like his music a lot, just a lot of his songs are about the same stuff and they're commericial rap.
Re: The Game; he's underrated I agree with you guys in saying that Young Buck is the only member of G-Unit that I like... I can also stand some of Lloyd Banks' stuff, but 50 is just becoming garbage. Hopefully his new album will be more like his earlier work instead of a crappy record like The Massacre. Also, Game was best friends with Buck when he was with G-Unit... that's why you rarely heard Game diss Buck in his songs. I remember on one of his mixtapes he said he tried to get Buck to leave with him, but Buck just said he's going to kick it with his crew on G-Unit South.

Re: The Game; he's underrated The Game is underrated, I like a lot of his mixtape sh*t. A lot of ppl just say he's a product of 50 Cent and Dr Dre but he's got lyrical ability for sure

Re: The Game; he's underrated Ok, so I havent had any input yet, but I agree with this thread. Game is mad underrated. Stop Snitchin, Stop Lyin, and The Ghost Unit mixtape are 2 of my favorite mixtapes, and The Documentary is one of the best mainstream rap CDs to come out in recent memory. The guy's voice is somewhat annoying, but he's got some serious punchlines and quotables. 200 and 300 bars and 120 are probably his 3 best examples of that. He's pretty much a lyrical genius, and I really like most of his work. I dont like a lot of his pre-Documentary stuff, not sure why, just didnt really like it when I listened to it.
