But at least the Spurs put teams and bosses (that's what coaches and GMs are supposed to be) around Duncan that got him rings. Spurs fans get to be happy about that. Also, Dame is twice the leader that The Big Fundamental was and immeasurably more exciting to watch.

Can we name a bridge or a street after him BEFORE he retires?

I say we do a combo of SW Broadway and the Broadway bridge.

he lives in Wilsonville /West Linn doesn't he? Let's name The Court after Dame once he retires. And maybe I205 between between WestLinn & Wilsonville, Damian Lillard Expressway.

That's the best you can come up with? We need to name a clock after him. How about we rename Union Station to Dame Time Station?

He played for Portland, something needs to be named after him in Portland.

Blazers didn't name a street after Drexler in Houston.

Why don't you change your name to Lillard so someone will actually like you.

My 8 month old likes me just fine, just as long as I let her play with my cell phone.

Very nice article. Lillard stays humble, a people-person, and loyal.

I hope Blazers management shows the same type loyalty to Dame. I want him to be a good Blazer one-and-done (only one team til he’s done playing basketball), as compared to the bad one-and-done (or those we wish it was only one) where we hope they go away after only one (or less).
