A virus jumping between species takes random mutations. It is rare. It does happen, and did happen with this virus. It would have to mutate again to go from human to a random small bird species I work with. The chances of that are so ridiculously small, that is not even worth considering. The same reason people aren't giving it to their pet fish.

My client and I left La Pine at 3am this morning and drove to The Dalles, Pendleton, Troy, Enterprise, La Grande, Baker City, Sumpter, John Day to look at some properties, mostly off grid. What a beautiful day for a road trip! Got home about 9pm. Some gorgeous scenery, dozens of deer, and a magical moment with a herd of bighorns. I'll post a few pics later. Drove through the Blue Mts, the Elkhorn Mts, the Wallowas, the Ochocos.

My wife has been cutting my hair for the last 7 or 8 years. She does just as good as a good barber while I save money and don't have to drive anywhere to get it done. Also, it gives me another chance to spend time talking to my wife which I love to do.

Yeah, I went through this for the first year or two until my wife got the hang of it. The nice part though was I don't really care too much about what other women think about my looks because I concentrate on caring about what my wife thinks about my looks.

There's even some drive-in theaters in Washington.
Oregon's last drive-in theater closed several decades ago. I remember fondly the 82nd. ave. drive-in and one on 101st and 122nd. Then there was one in Beaverton. Geez, I've been to a million drive-ins. I remember making out with this beautiful sorority sister in Corvallis. Wow, just wow. God, I loved the drive-in.

I’m mixing and mastering my band’s third album; the label needs the masters by mid-May but if we want to add cassette and minidisc runs to the release, I need to have the masters ready by mid-April.

my wife is too mobile. We have 3 acres and I'm finding that's not enough acreage to be able to dodge her
