    Yes, he has. Because of him we are late to hold this thing off. He started by saying it was nothing and it was just going to go away. The only reason things are getting done at all is because scientists/professionals came on tv to counter him and say what really needed to happen, forcing his hand, not to mention governors who know what they are doing.
