For the CUSA players, how do you guys rate Larry O'Bannon from Louisville? He always seemed to step up when Garcia was struggling, he's second on the team in PPG and shoots 48.7% from the field. He dropped 30 on Marquette and 33 on Charlotte and the rest of the games he was consistently in double digits.
I love O'Bannon. He is such a consistent scorer, and seems to step it up in big games. He can definitely hit the three as well. He could have possibly fit in on my third team all conference list, but I left him out. I probably should have showed him some love, but did not do so. But as mentioned, when Garcia is nowhere to be found except on the bench with foul trouble early, that's when O'Bannon seems to step it up the most. It's a shame, though, that he is a senior. I would like to see him light up GTech tomorrow when they meet up.
