Just wait, if it goes high enough, people will start turning to crime or stop paying their other bills, which will cause a cascade effect. Its all related. Everything gets more expensive because its more expensive to transport. These big-rigs aren't cheap to fuel. Planes cost a lot, plane tickets will have surcharges, routes will be reduced. I'm guessing we will start seeing $7 gas by the end of the month if things stay on the same path or we stop buying Russian Oil.
High gas prices are actually good for me, as I have dividend stock that is dependent on selling land with oil in it.
