I’ll avoid the puff piece by a liberal outlet trying to convince us all we’re not actually seeing what we’re very clearly seeing.
I sincerely respect your opinion and can actually understand why you have the opinion you do. But based on your reason/logic, how do you excuse (or possibly even support) similar (or worse) gaffes by the previous White House occupant? Serious question.
Unfortunately, it might have to go to pay health care debt because this country has sold it's soul to greed a long time ago. There is an awful lot of basic human needs that the American society does not handle well.
There’s no excuse for many of the stupid things Trump has said or done. Those things don’t negate Biden’s cognitive decline though. We’re talking about the current President in a time where there is a lot of uncertainty in the world. It’s not out of line to bring it up.
We'll never fix it if we don't start paying our political leaders better and get rid of lobbying. There is no incentive for good people to choose politics. Just crooks and idiots.
Money cost money regardless if its a business or individual’s financing homes or whatever. Who’s responsible for sound fiscal responsibility and/or coaching it? And of course, the school of hard knocks of which some learn from and others dont.
Typical deflection. Might as well just yelled “Fake News”. The response was to your statement that this has never been the case until now. Of course you cannot actually admit you are wrong on all accounts.
I in no way am implying that questioning Biden's cognitive state is out of line. It is a very valid concern, just as it was with Trump. There's been a great deal of uncertainty in this world for decades. The pandemic was a prime example, and Trump's inability or unwillingness to understand the ramifications only made it worse. Which makes Biden's gaffes that much more concerning going forward. There needs to be an age limit on the presidency, Congress and the Supreme Court. Maybe then, unless there is a case of early onset dementia, we won't have these concerns. But seriously trying to be as objective as possible, Joe Biden seems capable of running rings around Donald Trump in a cognitive awareness contest.....and that ain't sayin' shit.....
Bingo. Biden is so much more capable than Trump it isn't even worth the comparison. And I can't stand Biden.
Not sure I agree totally. Sure there are predatory loans and people who are looking to rip people off. But as a consumer if I agree to purchase a home and finance that home at an agreed upon interest for a certain length of time, I am in fact agreeing to pay for the cost of money. When I go to Costco or a gas station or a Blazer game and agree to make a purchase either from cash or credit card, I realize that someone is profiting off my purchase and also helping pay someone wages. I have zero problem paying for a product or service if I feel Im getting what I wanted in return. Id someone fucks me over I have other options where to spend my money and learn form my experience. If we are paying interest on a loan we don't achieve true ownership till it's paid off. If I go out and rack up credit cards and spend my income foolishly or elect not to pay bills when due, thats no ones fault but my own. We do have the freedom to choose how our income is used. Interest is no different than someone profiting from any purchase.
I dont expect all the products and service at no cost, but I do expect a fair competitive price. Profit covers cost materials/capital, wages, taxes and what's left over can be either saved, invested and/or spent which supports another sector/industry/person. If NBA owners were not profitable form huge TV contracts, players wouldn't be making the millions they do. This site probably wouldn't exist.
