Pretty much, Cruz just happens to be the most shameless of them all. Much like Al Franken said of Cruz “I like Ted Cruz more than most of my other colleagues like Ted Cruz. And I hate Ted Cruz.” This quote always makes me laugh, I miss Al Franken and wish he hadn't been forced out of the senate by Gillibrand and company, he was one of the few Dems who could make a quote that would stick and have some real venom attached to it in a witty way.

People are stating it may have been sabotaged. And Biden previously threatened the pipeline will be "ended" if Russia invaded Ukraine. Either the US did it or someone else did it and is going to blame the US due to Biden's threats.
