I sincerely hope you are right but over the last couple of weeks my news algorithm has shown some glaring trends in Biden's status that I fear are going to get arrogantly glossed over like polls that said Hillary can't lose....the electoral states are showing the entire middle of the country bright red and several coastal states red or pink...in 2020 it was much more even across the nation....no presiden't has won with a popularity in the 30 percent bracket...Joe's numbers have dropped drastically and that's what Pelosi, Schuer and Schiff brought an expert in to show Joe at a private meeting urging him to pass the torch. We can cheer away but in my view it's not worth a risk given the stakes.

your algorithm is not the base. my algorithm is showing a bunch of homesteading videos, does that mean we're headed towards a homesteading boom where everyone builds their own log cabins and grows their own food?

Who exactly is going to replace him that will excite the base?

Those mid west states I wonder if they would vote Harris? Having worked back there for hears I know how they feel about California Politicians. Amy would be more appealing to mid westerners than Harris?

An orator on the level of Obama or Bill Clinton...someone who will dominate Trump in a debate to start with. I like Klobuchar from Minnesota but she's not that......Raskin is an orator and he'd mop the floor with Trump in a debate...he's not popular though

Why no mask? I thought "masks work". He forced us to wear them even when weren't sick, now he's not wearing one even though he knows he IS sick.

Harris, if she ends up as nominee, would most likely pick a white male Midwestern running mate. Maybe Michigan senator Gary Peters. I'm sure there are others I can't think of off top of my head.

In 2020 Biden was about my 6th choice in primary but he was right candidate at right time. Not only had Trump botched COVID, and it was new so even most competent person would have made mistakes, he was totally without compassion. Since pandemic hit high population states first he was inclined to do nothing, they hadn't voted for him. His concern was how pandemic affected his re-election. Talked of inhaling bleach, said don't socially distance, pack churches Easter. Never visited people, never expressed compassion because he has none. After drama and chaos, Biden was steady, a bit dull, empathetic, competent. It was his moment.
He has done a good job with some exceptions, slow response to Gaza. He is a good person who doesn't deserve dissing. But looks like it's no longer his moment.
And reiterate, to dump Biden and bypass VP for someone white would be political suicide.

Reading comprehension isn’t really the right wingers in this forum’s cup of tea.

I’ve stated multiple times I think he should. But if he chooses not too then I’d still take him over that fool Trump

It is funny. You could literally replace: "I would vote for Biden over Trump". With just about anything you want to, and anyone voting for Biden would still vote for it over Trump.

I suggest my pet rock from the 70's. I'd vote for it over both Trump and Biden. To borrow from Avatar: " A rock sees more".

We have almost all said again and again he's too old and probably should drop out. But, if it's him vs Trump. I vote for Biden, or rather against Trump.

I've been hearing Mark Kelly from AZ as a choice for Kamala to pick as VP if she reaches the top of the ticket.

You're the only one I've seen say that.

    Really? Must have missed it.

Biden said it and so did Rachel Maddow. Neither one are virologists, and both of them either misunderstood what they're being told or misspoke.

No virologist or epidemiologist ever said the vaccine would remove the possibility of you catching COVID. They said it would decrease the likelihood of getting COVID (and thereby spreading it), and drastically decrease the likelihood of you getting seriously ill.

Which is exactly what it has done.

It's all there between the three political threads. It's been retreaded again and again. It's pretty universally agrees on that Biden should retire. He's too old. But as long as it's him and Trump on the ticket well...

The Interesting thing is it's not just people on the left who refuse to vote for Trump here. Its also independents and conservatives.

Didn't Matthew McConaughey just announced that he wanted to get into politics?
