I get it, very cute. Anyone who doesn't like deranged leftist politics is a Nazi. Meanwhile, you've become fans of Dick Cheany.

I actually don't like mustaches, unless it's part of a full beard.

Squeezed in annual remote meeting with financial advisor. On the past year I withdrew about $31,000 from retirement account. In the same period it gained over $100,000 in value. Who came here and blamed Biden for his 401(k) tanking?

Another unsexy under the radar Biden policy.
Currently, physical stores are responsible for recall if a product they sell is deemed hazardous or malfunctioning. They have to contact customers and let them know, for example, that carbon monoxide detector doesn't work or that hair dryer short circuits and can cause fire. But online retail wasn't covered.
New rule extends responsibility for dangerous products to Amazon and other online retailers, who are required to contact customers. Naturally they plan to fight the rule.
Kind of shines more light on why Bezos vetoed Washington Post endorsement of Harris.

Former FBI agent pled guilty to lying about Bidens. He was source of false claim President Biden and Hunter Biden received bribes from Ukraine. He claimed Hunter Biden had been secretly recorded while staying at Ukraine hotel. Hunter Biden never stayed at that hotel. He was gleefully cited by Republican Congress members during failed Biden impeachment attempt and feted in right wing media. He has admitted the entire story was invented.
He also pled guilty to separate charges of income tax evasion on $2 million in income from unspecified source

I brought this up the day he plead guilty. His name is Alexander Smirnov.

They are required or what? A fine? This is pretty irrelevant and Biden knows it. Asking corporations to police themselves is a joke. It's likely cheaper for them to pay the fine than to implement a system that would notify customers of any wrong doing.

more than likely, multiple lawsuits which would not be cheap to deal with. I won one of those with Home Depot once.

They can be held liable for damages caused by the faulty product.

It's not asking them to police themselves. In fact, that's literally the opposite of what regulations are.

That may or may not be true, but even if it was, wouldn't it be better to extract a fine than to do nothing at all?
Even if the fine did nothing to discourage bad behavior, it would at least provide some revenue for the government that doesn't have to come from taxpayers.

It's in their budget. This was Johnson & Johnson's calculation when they knowingly sold products that were cancer causing. Cheaper to deal with fines/suits later. We're really digging for compliments if this is what the Biden administration's legacy is supposed to be.

At this point Biden's legacy will be that of the guy who choked during the debate and lost the presidency to the worst candidate ever to run for office. His foreign diplomacy and economic success will not be remembered as Trump will dismantle it all in short order anyway.

That's funny. A genocide. Multiple wars under his watch. Poor economy. Go look at his approval rating. Biden and success do not go hand in hand. This is the problem when people have teams. They can't see straight.

They figure this into their budget. Not cheap for you and I, but part of operating costs. I'm glad you beat them.

President Biden commuted death sentences of 37 of the 40 people on federal death row to life without parole. President said he grieved fit their victims but could not do nothing knowing incoming administration would end federal moratorium on executions.

The three exceptions are Boston Marathon bomber, murderer of parishioners at Mother Emanuel Church and bomber of Tree of Life synagogue.
