I did. I saw how little the nursing staff gave a fuck about anyone. Out of 100 or so nurses and 15 or so doctors i knew there was 1 doctor and maybe 3 nurses that actually gave a fuck about their patients, the rest just bitched about stupid people who waste their time when they could be surfing facebook at work.
I'll never forget the nurse I heard talking to the nursing students while I was at UMC. His name was Walter and he told them straight out that he only picked the career for the benefits and job security. My room was right outside the nurse's desk and I wasn't surprised because I already knew he didn't give a fuck about us.

The nurses in the ER made it a point to be as rude as possible then called security if someone got lippy. I use to assess the situation then tell the patient im sorry you are being treated like this but there's nothing i can do. I'd show them how to file complaints and leave poor reviews which affected our christmas gain shares. The security officers shares were like 10-50 dollars so i didnt give a fuck. The nurses lost out on a couple thousand though if we got bad reviews.
