You could make an argument for the Olshey method, or the Aaron Goodwin method, but this taint Cronin's fault. Unless you're a big fan of Scoot and Sharpe for OG and think that gets us past Denver?

I think what really turned me sour is the welcome to miami stuff combined with him posting all pro heat stuff on his social.

Like... Dude? We have been backing you nonstop for 11 yrs. Have some respect.

Having your agent torpedo the market is bad enough, but this got personal the moment he took every one of his fans in Portland for granted. Like we all mean so little to him? People stood in line and saved up $ to buy his kicks, and defended him at every opportunity. Concert halls were filled for his bday party/ concert.

But fuck all that.... #heatculture. He's fully justified in asking out. But the manner that he has gone about this has been deplorable.

He tanked the value of the #3 pick.

He tried to tank his own trade value.

I understand that it's a business, but I don't feel bad for him at all and I hope we send him to whichever team will give us the most value.

This is how it works when he's loyal to himself.

I feel like once he's eventually traded, he's gonna say some shit like, I always told you, if you didn't hear it directly from me, don't listen to it, or some similar nonsense

I don't think Dame had any intention of being on this team going into next season.

I think he intentionally tanked the value of the pick, or at the very least he gave himself a clear out so that he could request a trade. That interview where he mentioned Miami and Brooklyn was weeks before the draft. I don't believe for a second that the question was impromptu.

We are all just back ground dudes (NPC's) in Dame's version of Free Guy.

The thing is Miami isn't going throw the kitchen sink for him and what it's looks like Miami can take it it or leave it. I some past tapes from last year the only impact he has is shooting the ball. When he on everyone drool ove him but I have seen him get for 1-10 from the 3 line and continued to fire way. He makes know impact on defense and yes he might do some decent on defense once in blue moon. I really don't see him fit in Miami culture at all. Cronin got con by Dame to get that extension when along he was always going to ask for trade out of here.
