Eh ... I guess, but getting back in transition seems like the root of that problem, not "needs to grab more offensive boards."
Totally disagree. The good defensive teams like the Spurs often ignore offensive rebounding so they are in position defensively. Individual stat padding players love offensive putbacks because it gives a player points and rebounds. Outside of a few turnovers in a game successful defense always ends in a defensive rebound.
