You know....the Mexicans who live next door to me have an absolutely hideously awful smell coming from their apartment. It smells like an old, musty kitchen from one of those "out-of-the-way" Mexican restaurants you see in some forgotten strip mall somewhere. I've been meaning to complain about it to management, but I'm too lazy. But....I suppose I could claim "distress" from seeing the body being carried out? That would be such a bullshit thing to do though, lol.
She was the driver? Ironic her last name is deter....maybe this story will deter some people from drinking and driving.
Yep, that's her. I did some research online about her last month. She was a total loser. She had it all in high school: good looks and tons of popularity. She was Rodeo Queen (or Princess) at her high school, but had that honor taken away after she bulled a 15 year old girl and stole her IPad, which had naked photos of said girl on it. Deter shared those with others, and was arrested for Exploitation. Apparently, she carried that carelessness over into adulthood. I absolutely despise and hate people like that. Nah. Good idea though.
Damn! You brought on a flash back about the time I bought Condo in a Repo sale in East San Jose. When I started to clean the place up I had a hell of a time with the kitchen range unit. It was so full of bake on shit, no way could a get that cleaned out in place. I took it outside to small strip between the living area and the garage, where I took a high pressure washer to the stove. Got the sucker clean, but it never worked again. And that's is the way that project started and it didn't let up. I think I worked butt off on that Condo, for about 2 months, and then sold it. That's the only part that worked out right, it sold in two days. Thank goodness! Made about $4500 hundred on the deal but never have worked more for so little. That was the last of my repo ventures.
I was born in Los Gatos and lived in San Jose until I was 12 (1995). My family moved up here, and I've rarely been back to California since. From what little I've heard over the years, it doesn't sound like San Jose has improved that much since I left. It was a pretty dirty, busy place in the mid-1990s.
So I just spoke to my neighbors about 30 minutes ago. Apparently, they've been noticing a smell for the past two days coming from her apartment (they live right next door to her). She was a little crazy, and they think that she had problems with diabetes. So she either killed herself, or had some sort of medical problem.
