A motion was actually filed to have InfoWars shut down and liquidated, but the judge over seeing the bankruptcy declined it.

 

His argument is that they were behind the motion, and the lawsuits in general, as an effort to censor him. You can argue he over-dramatized it, but it wasn't a total fabrication.

He'll just spring up under another name, or perhaps join another platform and get just as many views. Maybe even under an operation that has much lower over-head than hosting his own content. He's already back on X, and can host videos on Rumble...

I don't know. It sounds like it's part of a settlement between him and the families. So I'd assume that means that settles the case.

 

He'll continue to make a lot of money elsewhere, maybe more than before. His statements about Sandy Hook weren't good, but they were said years before they were actually used to deplatform him. And the case itself was BS as many of the plantiffs were not even identified in any way. Also to say it was "malicious" is BS when conspiracy is his schtick.
