    I've seen a BKN fan on Twitter saying that getting Mikal Bridges would require Sharpe, Simons, the pick, and 3/4 other frp. I didn't know he was the second coming of MJ

    I meant that in the sense of if Bridges can bring back a recent lottery pick, a top 5 pick, and an efficient 25 ppg lead guard, then Dame can bring back a shit ton more.

    Just a comparison (Bridges is 26 years old to Sharpe's 19 years)

    Bridges is the better defender, but Sharpe is WAY ahead of where Bridges was as a rookie (22 years old).

    I've also seen a Blazer fan in a forum saying getting Mikal Bridges would require Nas Little, Keon Johnson, and 3/4 srp

    This is gunna be BIG summer, we will see some earth-shattering moves. Mikal is only an appetizer

    I think everyone is gonna be mighty disappointed come next November, if we aren’t trading Dame we really don’t have the ammo to go out and improve. I fully expect basically the same roster plus whoever we pick. Cronin will play it off that the value wasn’t there to trade the pick. My guess is we try to build through the draft while saving face saying we tried to pull this and that trade until Dame finally asks for a trade in his age 34/35 season bringing us back very little in compensation. Better hope we hit number 1 this year.

    I agree in parts.

    But I do think dame asks for a trade at the deadline if nothing happens or not enough happens. Gut feel.

    I think we poach someone from Toronto.

    It's why it's so weird. It all hinges on this and there's not a lot to be excited about asset wise.
