We get it, you're overly obsessed with this show. I didn't talk bad about it or anything, I said I gave it a chance because of all the hype it gets on this forum.

I guess not, I think the show is lame. I'm not going to pretend I like it because everybody else here does. I never met anybody who liked the show, none of my friends do. Neither do my parents, so I'm not the only one. The only 2 things I don't like that everyone here does is the office, and Borat.I think the show idea is unique but it's not my style. I like hearing the crowd laugh at the jokes, on The Office it's completely quiet. I'm not sure if you know what I mean or not.

You've already said you didn't like The Office at least 3 times before...you keep saying it's boring and you barely laugh when you watch it..I don't see why you keep bringing it up...what 5 episodes did you watch? I thank god so many shows are ditching the pathetic laugh track...most of the better comedies out right now don't have it. (The Office, My Name is Earl, Scrubs, 30 Rock, Arrested Development from a couple years ago is a classic example).

Well, I think King of Queens sucks. What is that, some poor fat guy hanging out with a tall black man and not listening to his smoking hot wife?

Dwight was hilarious in that episode with how serious he takes preparing people for taking sales calls. HAHA and how Pam had to keep track of what Michael did the whole day and all she was able to write down was Bill Cosby impression and stood in pretzel line.

Well, The King of Queens is the longest-running American live-action sitcom currently on the air. I don't think The Office will ever reach the long term awards KOQ has. We can argue about this all day long, but we aren't going to get anywhere. My opinion won't change and neither will yours.

They're already pretty far through the third season and the show has been one of NBC's most successful shows and I believe the Office is NBC's #1 comedy. It's showing no signs of dying so who knows how long it will last.

I don't care if The Office is on for 5 years or 10. Won't make the show any less successfull in my opinion. Hell, I hope Steve Carell moves on with his career by then.

I sat down and read this entire thread... from the first post all the way up to BCB's post about Steve Carrell moving on in his career... I want to watch it because it's so mad hyped, but I don't know when it'll be on next time. I have DVR, so I can check, but I'm not in the mood.BTW, I used to watch the King of Queens... It's not all that funny to me. As a matter of fact, I really don't laugh at many sitcoms. As a matter of fact, I don't think I've ever laughed at any sitcom. As a matter of fact, I think the only sitcom I enjoyed was "My Name is Earl", but I only saw the first three episodes. After that, I missed all of the shows...
