Oh, I agree. And I think he will. Remember, he hasn't played a FULL season yet, so I think this year will be his breakout year... especially with how talented the rest of the team is.

I think that rationale is kind of a faulty one (although I think I get the bigger picture of what you're saying). He's had 3 years to acclimate himself to the US game and several years of playing professional basketball to get a passable shooting touch. It took one or two off seasons for Rod Strickland to get a decent mid-range game.

While not the same aspects of the game, look at Freelands transition from last year to this year. He went from a lost on the court, to a serviceable big man. It wouldn't take THAT much for Rubio to become a respectable shooter.

Fair enough. I see where you're coming from. Regardless of if it should have been this year or years prior, itll happen and he's gonna turn into that superstar they've waited that long for. That's going to be a scary team this year and next year.

He was the 14th pick. Kinda hard to call him a bust.

Just an overhyped high school standout that let it get to his head in college. The guy has a ton of talent and if the Blazers could make a minor trade to land him I wouldn't bat an eye.

Going from a consensus #1 to not even in the rotation is on the freeway to bust, lets just say that.

Can you imagine us with Hibbert, Williams and a couple of MIN draft picks? ;)

Oops. Came back too soon from a broken foot maybe? Glad that kind of thing can't happen to the Blazers.

He had a lot of respect in the locker room I bet. Grizzlies mad a dumb decision letting him go.

Well when you have a guy like Z-Bo you need a leader to control him.

Well at least that's one player Aldridge won't have to worry about for the all star game

Oladipo has 2+ steals in 4 out of the last 6 games... and at least 1 steal in 7 of the last 8.
