The Clippers are turning into a more talented 2007 Warriors...

    Baron Davis
    Jason Richardson
    Stephen Jackson
    Monta Ellis

    So ball dominant lol

Wesley is at least as good on offense and miles ahead of him on defense. Hes also the heart and soul of the team, and Redick couldn't replicate that. Our bench gets worse because we have no legit inside presence. Aminu wouldn't fit in this system offensively and is a good defender but he's pretty one dimensional. Wright is a rookie and no one knows how he'll perform, and we end up with no veterans and no intensity. Olshey can really improve this team if he thinks outside the box, which isnt downgrading at SG, and getting rid of our veteran big in order to get a one dimensional SF and a rookie PG

I agree a healthy Wes is better but we don't know what Wes is anymore. Aminu is the type of player that will give you intensity and is plug and play for the most part at 3 positions in some scenarios. Wright is a wildcard but he certainly can't be worse than Blake plus he brings the D and with his brother on the team, he will be more relaxed.

When it comes to Kaman he stopped being an inside threat after January. He seemed pretty content shooting 12-15 footers, Meyers is better than him all around now.

75% of Richardsons shots that year were 3s, he didn't really dominate the ball like these guys do. Ellis could spot up and play off the ball. Those guys weren't strictly iso.

CP3 should have the ball in his hands most of the time, and Stephenson can't even function off the ball, he will create much more traffic in the lane to hamper Paul and Griffin, since teams would love to let him shoot 3s at his 17% clip.

you can't rely on a rookie being your 3rd guy of the bench when you're first two are 23 years old and only spent time in the rotation for only a couple months at the end of last year. And nothing could be worse then Blake, so that means we settle for anything else? I like the way Wrights skillset fits with the guys we have, but he needs to be the 10th man. Aminu can't shoot outside of 3 feet. He's so bad offensively that it negates his defensive impact... Id rather spend our MLE on at least 20 other guys before him.

And Wes at 75% would still be better than Redick, and even if he's not the same player, he'll still play with the same heart and intensity, which our team is so deprived of.

I love the Wolves new practice facility:

I hope when the RQ is redeveloped the Blazers could do something like this.

Tough call on Joel. I know Neil values cap space so I doubt he will extend a qualifying offer. But on the other hand he is a nice cheap role player who is willing to do the dirty work. I guess if he wants to come back we can try to resign him later.

I still think he could end up being re-signed by Portland. I don't know that other teams would value him. Unless he gets a big offer from Europe. But even then, I think he really wants to stay in the US. I think the Blazers could sign him to a one year veterans minimum contract, maybe with a wink wink deal that they'll re-sign him for more when the cap goes up.

Joel needs to play and looks like Meyers took his spot. He's a legit backup center but not a 3rd string guy

"The one thing that we did see in Golden State, and it was something that was very difficult for us to deal with, is they have an incredibly versatile team of multiple facilitating playmakers," Griffin said. "That's something we're going to continue to work upon. The more playmaking facilitators you have that know how to play the game, the better off you are, and I think you saw the value of that in the team that ultimately did win."

And that right there is the reason why We need to replace Nic, among a couple other changes.
