It will. Take a wild guess who will be the first to say it.

I can think of a few, but I'm not sure who will be first. We should have a poll.

So I watched the Ball highlight tape, why is this dude shooting from two feet beyond the 3 point line with that janky ass jumpshot?

Quick impressions from yesterday: Lonzo Ball is going to struggle to score. D'Aaron Fox is not. Having seen Fultz, Fox and Ball, I'd put Fox at the top for "most impressive in this setting". If Ball is going to be good it's going to be helping his team win by making passing infectious. He is not going to look so great in the boxscore.

I didn't watch him play, but with all those 3s, I assume his shot selection was terrible.

And let's remember that he was being guarded by KENDALL MARSHALL. Used to be that was the "worst case scenario" model for Ball, but right now it would be a step up.

However, I think Ball is going to be fine. Just not a scorer. He's going to be Ricky Rubio.

We're they using a Big Baller Brand™ basketball? It sure seemed too big to fit through the hoop. Maybe they should let Lonzo shoot with a Nurf ball instead.

If he's going there in person that's a different story. It's gonna be funny and there's gonna be a sea of Halle Berrys in attendance.

You guys are just being haters, Ball is going to do for the Lakers what Lillard could never do for us, get the 1st pick in next year's draft.

It's a beautiful sunny day in Portland and I can't wait to be indoors at 3:00pm watching a summer league game.

That's the first time I've said that - EVER!

It's already 103 degrees here in Las Vegas, with a forecasted high of 111. I also can't wait until 3 pm to be indoors watching some summer league basketball.

First impressions aren't always accurate, but going on that first impression, he is a project player at best.

He kind of look like Luis Montero out there.
