Well Kerr probably would have beat the Pelicans, and maybe made shorter work of Denver? When healthy though GS has so much talent they're almost playing a different game than the rest of the league. So Portland wouldn't have beat them in past years, maybe won a few more games (it's hard not too), but when you say they would've accomplished a lot more? I don't agree with you there. They would've gotten embarrassed less, but really GS is minus 2 and a half all-stars and one MVP type guy and now their kind of on the Blazers level talent wise, the Blazers in theory have more depth, but Curry is better than Dame, Klay is different than CJ but about the same KD is better than Aminu and Harkless combined, Draymond is better than Aminu or Harkless, Cousins when healthy is also pretty good, though I'd probably give a slight edge to Nurkic.

edit: so my point is switch them up, and Stotts with GS's roster would beat Kerr with Portlands Roster.

Who cares? Thread, post, whatever. No one pays that close of attention. Don’t take yourself so seriously.

Seems like that's what you're doing.

So another thread taken over by a few people that want to bash Terry Stotts for seemingly anything and everything.
This thread is Titled the NBA Finals thread.
As i remember Terry Stotts is not coaching in the Finals this year.
With any luck maybe next year but only close this year.
    How about them Raptors!

I agree failing to pick up the ball, communicate, or hold a team accountable are all negative things.

What I find curious is that Portland (or in your belief, Stotts on his own) did all three of these things horribly, but it only led to 0.7 more fastbreak points per game. This would tell me that these mistakes either happened far less than it is being assumed or they had very little to no impact.

So, do we genuinely believe that Durant could play in Game 4?

I personally don’t. Not after missing a month of basketball. I won’t be surprised if he has already played his final game for the Warriors.

I'm a little surprised he's been out so long. If he doesn't return for Game 4, is he going to return at all? Crazy stuff.

I'm pretty sure it doesn't count as a fast break point after a made basket no matter how fast you score. So all the times Green took an outlet after we scored it wouldn't count towards that 16 points per game number.

I totally think they've been lying to us about his injury.

Yeah I think he has played his last game for the Warriors though them losing this series could actually make him return there.

It will be interesting to see how GSW improves their bench this summer.

How long will KD need to get his lazy behind in game shape?

And it predictably, and unnecessarily, devolves into a pissing match.

Not what I come here for.

    See you in September boys!

I'd rather beat the Warriors at full health but it's not like Lowry, Leonard, and the rest of the Raps are mint, either. It's a long season.

I mean, if the idea is to beat them at the top of their game, the time to do that was a couple years ago!

I'm sure the Raptors are not missing anyone through injury.
I mean ... Jeremy Lin hasn't even played a single minute. ... ok. Just kidding about Lin !!!
    Aren't they missing Anuoby?
