Fuck. There goes my fantasy team. And the Celtics' chances. That's the third ACL tear for a PG in like a year. Rubio, Rose, and Rondo? Watch out PGs with the last name starting with R.

Boston sends KG and Pierce to Denver for Gallinari, McGee, Randolph and Mozgov

    Lawson/Iguodola/Pierce/Faried/KG
    Miller/Brewer/Hamilon/Chandler/Koufos

Could make some noise in the west.

Boston goes younger, but not total break it down younger, and has two guys who can play alongside Rondo well when he's back.
    Bradley(Rondo)/Lee/Gallinari/Sullinger/McGee
    Terry/Green/Bass

Anyone see that ghost foul call on Melo for the 3 point play? I hate him.

Maybe, but even the analysts were a bit surprised by the foul call.

I'm surprised that Motiejunas isn't getting playing time. I was really expecting big things from him after watching him in the summer league. He really looked like a vet playing amongst rookies. He also posted decent numbers in the preseason and averaged 21/10 in the D-League, but he's only gotten action in 16 games so far this year for the Rockets, almost always in garbage time.

Does McHale have a thing about playing rookies or something?

I would love to get him on the Blazers. The guy looked awesome in the summer league. Lots of post moves, decent outside shot, etc. Not sure why they're not playing him.

Yeah, I was impressed with his style of play. If the scouting report on a 7'0"er from Europe highlights his outside shooting, then you sort of assume he fits that typical Euro mold of soft, mid-range jumpshooting bigs, but after watching him in the summer league, his outside shooting only looked like one facet of his game, not the whole package. He's aggressive, crashes the board, and looked good playing in the post. I'm with you, I'd want my team to give him a chance as well.

I can't really find much on the net about his lack of playing time though...

He completely schooled Meyers Leonard. I remember that much.
