    God the Timberwolves are straight ass.
    Guess it won't be this year they make the playoffs.
    Just like it wasn't the year previous, or the year previous or the year previous or the year previous.
    Yet people on this forum keep predicting Portland to fall out of the playoffs and Minn being a lock to get in.

    Damn Memphis choked the OKC game away. They have been playing well. They were up 93-86 with 3.40 left.

    It's been awhile as I remember several posters touting the TWolves when they hired Thibs and several claimed them to be the next up and coming team and surpassing the Blazers. Then they got Jimmy Butler and it started all over again only to finish behind us yet again. We have a fair amount of the grass is greened on the other side types in this forum.

    Of course it's not exactly the same team, but the main constants are the same. While it isn't all his fault, I'd like to see Dame play better in the playoffs and the same goes for C.J. Can someone other from these two step it up in the playoffs? Kanter? Hood? Layman? Remains to be seen. I still have my doubts with Stotts, but I dunno....am I being unfair?

    I think everyone stopped saying that once Butler blew that team up.
    Also, had Butler been healthy last season it's pretty much a given they would have ended up higher than us in the standings.
