BTW, asking for a third time: What exactly positive has the United States gotten from Donald Trump? What is his biggest achievement from his term?

I have literally been asking Trump supporters pretty much the exact same question since 2016. Every single time they have either gotten defensive and refused to answer, or they throw out the old, "He's a good business man" canard, which has been easily and repeatedly debunked. So good luck expecting a coherent response of any kind, especially one you can have even a little respect for.

Why are you trying to demand this from me? Lol, i never even made the claim of Trump doing all these wonderful things. Also, i find it interesting your list of Biden achievements is just a whine-fest about Trump. All I’ve said is that Biden is a senile old man who can barely function physically or mentally, which is true. You refuse to admit this, fine. Not sure why you feel the need to shit the bed over it. Just piss off and bother someone else. It’s not like you’re changing anyone’s mind, they all have eyeballs. Maybe get yours checked.

My worst fear about Biden exposing himself on national TV has come true, and by overwhelming popular opinion.
My initial thoughts after watching to debate were that he actually he did OK. My expectations were quite low and I got exactly what I expected from him. For those people who are still in denial, I hope you can learn to diversify your chosen news sources that led you down this easily avoidable path. The country is going to be handed over to Trump again, and it is your fault.

As a union worker Biden’s been a fine fine president.

I’m excited to see our Teamster president speak at the RNC. He’ll be speaking on wealth inequality and the importance of unions prospering and he’ll probably get booed off the stage.

Proud union talk makes the average American queasy. It makes a hardcore right winger want to vomit.

Trump used "Palestinian" as an epithet, Biden is being a Palestinian but not a very good one. Not a slip. He continues to use Palestinian as an epithet at his cult origes.

I hope you are right. I'm a bit concerned about the President of your (and my former) union speaking at the RNC. Do we know for sure he isn't planning to endorse Trump?

He’s using this as a pulpit to get across his consistent message.

I know how O’Brien rolls. Look at his consistent message.

A former coworker of mine is now 3rd in charge of the union. He said that’s exactly what he’s going to do. His objective was always to go Democrat. He’s not stupid. He just doesn’t want to alienate a good portion of his clueless constituents

From what I’ve been told, O’Brien got the invitation. Mulled over it. Decided he wants to get his word out there

Running a company is about putting together and managing an organization that works together, can define strategy and execute on it.

One that creates a culture that respects employees and has their respect

Having learned from a long history of my own hiring and business mistakes, failures and successes, what people say about their former boss when we check references is important.

The candidates' approach to learning is very relevant. Are they curious ? Are they lifelong learners ? Do they know what they don't know and hire people to complement their skills ?

The world is constantly changing. There is more unknown than known. If the CEO isn't curious and always reading, consuming information and learning, it will be very difficult for them to anticipate or respond to challenges. Not being a learner is to me an immediate disqualifier

Whether or not the candidate has a history of success or failures is relevant, as well.

Both are old. As such, I would have to make accommodations and provide them support that would be specific to their needs.

There is of course much more when hiring someone to be a CEO.

Of our 2 candidates, one I would have no problem hiring as a sales representative. He is very good at making people feel comfortable and quickly conveying what he is trying to sell. He also knows how to ask for the order. He is obviously a good salesperson. I don't think he scores well with the other criteria

The other isn't a very good salesperson, but has a recent 3 year history of having built a strong culture where people are very committed to him. They seem to love working with him.

They seem to respect the fact that he has hired qualified people who create a culture of schievement, working together to accomplish the goals of the organization.

When they don't succeed or run into challenges or problems, they seem to stay calm and focus and don't rebel against him as their leader

I don't know if he is a voracious reader and learner, but I have read about him discussing books he has read.

This is the person I would hire as a CEO.

So to answer your question Piers, Yes. Of the 2 options Joe is who I would hire as a CEO

Here’s the DNC chair being completely delusional on MSNBC. I keep MSNBC on my YT feed because i like to keep tabs on what the neoliberal establishment left is up to. The comments are always unhinged Democratic loyalists fawning over some crooked politician or ineffective policy. Lot of misspelling, all caps, exclamation points, emojis, you get the idea. Anyhow, the comments on this video are scathing toward the DNC and party as a whole. I’ve never seen the MSNBC-bots deviate from the establishment narrative this hard. Not looking good for Biden, at least in that particularly deranged faction of the left.
