    Is it safe to assume that since Aldridge will be traveling quite a bit starting tomorrow, that he wont have a decision for at least a week?

    Is it then also safe to assume that we'll have most of our FA business done by the time he decides? (at least in principle, i know it cannot be signed until july 8th

    I think LA is going to drag his decision out and meet with as many teams as possible. Not only does he seem to flip flop on how he's feeling towards the Blazers on a daily basis (as reported by more than one person), he LOVES the attention and there's no doubt he's going to what to be courted by any team that shows the slightest amount of interest.

    It's funny: I think it's actually kind of a step down for the Lakers to be pursuing LaMarcus. I mean, West, Chamberlain, Abdul-Jabbar, Magic, Kobe, Shaq... Aldridge?

    Losing LMA without any compensation would hurt this team.

    Cap for FA is useless when you consider Andre Miller was the biggest name to outright sign with Portland.
