Depends on who is number 1. If philly is first I could see them picking Russell or Mudiay

Not really. He's been pretty underwhelming in the tourney, truthfully.

I think the producer kept showing the replay of the ball bending the Duke player's finger back on it's way out over and over to see if the guys would acknowledge it. Nope!

Duke always gets the refs in their back pocket. Its no secret. Winslow should have picked up his 4th foul on that charge. No bueno.

I picked Duke to win in 1991 when everyone else had UNLV. I won huge money. (Almost $1k and I was a starving college student, lol) I've been a Duke fan ever since.

Okafor looks like he has immense potential, but coddamn, these bigs that shoot a horrid ft percentage going #1?

Winslow has a little Harden in him.

Okafor is solid. I would absolutely love to have him on our team. But I don't see him being a game changer in the NBA.
He does not seem to possess those explosive leaping skills needed to separate himself from other bigs at the next level.
But other than his free throw shooting he seems to be fundamentally sound.

He is extremely skilled though with his post moves. In 3-4 years Okafor could be the best low-post player in the NBA. Who cares how high you can jump when you can out maneuver your man?

He does need to work on his FTs, defense and he could bulk up a little but he is 19, those things will be corrected eventually.

I watched this game and what I took from it was Duke played smothering defense. Didn't see any NBA ready talent on either squad though. I wanted Duke to lose but they were better coached. The point guard for Wisconsin was horrible. The guy dribbled way to high..almost to his shoulder. Duke pressured the ball on almost every possession. All in all it affirmed why I stopped watching college level hoops. I wanted Wisconsin to win. The announcers were so biased towards Duke. Okafor didn't look like a number one pick to me. Kaminsky has good hands and a solid jumper. These guys would have trouble in the D league. Glad we're not a lottery team this season.

Really...? Okafor, Winslow, Kaminsky, Dekker will all be solid contributors right away most likely. How good? No one knows, but they should be decent role guys right away.

I acknowledge he will be a solid center in the NBA. But if we are talking about potentially being the #1 pick (per the post above) then I am just saying he not IMO a franchise difference maker. I mean if the Lakers were to win the lottery and drafted him #1, would we all be saying the "fix was in" to make the Lakers relevant again? I just don't seeing him being a potential superstar. Solid yes, but no Anthony Davis.
