One of the assholes on the spurs grabbed him around the shoulder and pulled him down as he was setting a pick. I wonder if that is why it was sore.
He was shaking his arm out afterwards like he got some sort of stinger. Probably just went numb for a minute, he'll be alright.
Man I know Nurkic put up a lot of hurried shots tonight, but what's with the way he gets officiated? Once again he was hacked numerous times and refs swallowed their whistle. Even when San Antonio was TRYING to foul him they wouldn't call it. Like come on, he's being treated like a rookie.

This is where Stotts needs to step up. Take that fine, which the team would pay, and complain about it. Might get him a couple calls a game, and it will build from there.
It's hard to officiate for big guys. Shaq got fouled so much but they didn't call half the fouls. Cousins also gets hacked a lot but no calls.

Yeah, I mean look at Pop. He rides officials the whole game. I have noticed stotts be more animated lately though so he's not just taking it, but yeah, he should let it fly.
It was on the timeout play where Green and Ginobili were intentionally fouling Nurkic, but the refs didn't call it. They showed the replay from a different angle and it clearly showed both Green and Ginobili fouling/grabbing Nurkic before the timeout was called. Hubie even made the comment that Nurkic was fouled five or six times on that play. He was holding/rubbing his upper arm (more tricep area than shoulder) after that play. BNM
Even the Spurs was piss off the fouls Wasnt call. You could Stotts holding two finger at the referee telling he got hack twice before he call time out.
Both sides were mad the foul wasn't called. Made me laugh. He wasn't going to miss two more free throws.
