I LOVE Belmont Park!!! Many happy memories of the place from my Navy days. I was there pre pandemic with my granddaughters and had a wonderful time (mostly had the place to ourselves). My granddaughter who was 9-10 at the time must have rode the roller coaster a dozen times. I did it twice before my back refused to take further punishment. Old age sucks. But thank you for bringing back a lot of terrific memories! Absolutely great photo.
They certainly cleaned it up compared to even 10 years ago. A fun little place, for sure. My wife and I discussed the option of moving to the Mission Beach area as it is really charming. Super expensive however...
