I was gonna say that except for the big rock that looks a lot like Monterey. I have a great nephew attending Cal Poly, which is very near Morro Bay, on a full ride basketball scholarship and he loves it there.
I was on the seventh floor today where sir facing that way three times every week. I'll get you guys a snap shot showing mount Hood in the background. Also, once every three or four weeks I'm up on the 8th floor getting my eyes checked or treated.
Was the driver for a friend who had to have a procedure done there today. I'd never been in there before, its not a bad building - but it's definitely a hospital. Have a nice little grocery store/gift store there too. Thank you for your service Lanny.
Aha, then you were on the ninth floor where the hospital beds are. I've also been there as a patient at least a couple times. Shit, I've grown to appreciate my time when I'm not there. Also, I never tire of hearing that thank you which I never heard for years after getting back from overseas and my resulting loss of health so thank you for that. What I appreciate is the unbelievable change in the VA's health care over the last five decades from disgraceful to probably the best a person could get. The change in the staff's attitude toward Vets is also extremely remarkable from disgraceful to making me feel very cared for. It's improved over all Presidents not just one party and I'm so happy I could almost cry.
