I'm actually doing a little bit of a remodel too. I'm in the process of purchasing a 2300 sq ft condo in the Couve. The place is nice, built in 2008 and spacious with the 3 levels. I got it for a really good deal, but the kitchen is outdated. I'm going to gut the kitchen like the counter tops and cabinets. Make it dope as fuark and then get all samsung appliances. My folks did that recently and it looks very sharp. I'm hoping I can swing this all for $10k, or preferably less.

Get a 75" 4K OLED TV. Sports and everything else will rock on that thing. Be sure to have your seating area close to the screen.
Uhhh, dude has a million friends. 135 inch screen, 4k projector and tons of seating. I know he'd secretly prefer a close in space just in the off chance Meyers has to snuggle up to him but bigger equals better. I wouldn't trade my entry level 1080p BenQ for the best 75 inch tv on Earth.
