mourning is considering signing with the timberwolves and will meet with their representatives this week, Saint Paul Pioneer Press reports. the t-wolves would use their $4.7 million midlevel salary exception to sign him. he becomes a free agent on july 1.

i don't know if people have posted on this or not (if so, my apologies). but what do you all think about that and does it foreshadow rasho moving on.

good news, we might be able to have garnett take a pay cut and resign with the team

<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">Don't think franchise player Kevin Garnett wasn't kept apprised of the trade talks with the Milwaukee Bucks that brought Sam Cassell and Ervin Johnson to the Wolves. Garnett, whom the Wolves are trying to sign to a contract extension, was pleased with the trade. Johnson will provide insurance if Wolves free-agent center Rasho Nesterovic departs. Rasho is expected to get an $8 million-per-year deal, either from the Wolves or another team.</div>

knicks can sign rash for 4.9 exeption for 6 years so if twolves want him they might have to offer him 5 mill for 7 years

i think he'll wanna leave even if Zo doesn't sign. he's much better suited for the Eastern conference. he could help plenty of teams over there

no, i think the twolves would offer him the exception if Zo doesnt come. he would do better in the eastern conference, but if he gets paid more than our exception, he will be overpaid.
