<div class="quote_poster">Carter Wrote</div><div class="quote_post">I would rather not have AI. Him and Vince are two big scorers and I don't think one will wan't to shoot less than the other. Then RJ would wan't some touches and so would Krstic, so I don't think it would work unless we trade Carter for Iverson, or RJ and Krstic for Iverson.</div>

We wouldn't get Iverson without trade either VC or RJ.

Of course I don't think Nets will deal for him, but it's fun to make some scenarios.

Vince + Marcus Williams + Jeff McInnis + Jason Collins for Iverson + Dalembert + Kevin Ollie

Maybe throw in Antoine Wright for the 76ers?

With Iggy and Carney, I don't exactly think the Sixers are looking for another SF. Besides that, while I love AI, he and Carter cannot coexist in an offense that runs smoothly.

    Post your trade scenerios......realistic ones.</div>

So essentially your trading half your team for Garnett? As far as some more realistic scenarios go, I think Rashard Lewis would be a good guy to target. He is a versatile player at 6'10" he can play both forward positions. Another guy they might want to target is guy like Steven Hunter who can give you some solid minutes at the center position. At the end of the day the Nets won't be better until Lawrence Frank settles on a rotation and learns to trust his bench more.

I don't think the Nets will be one of the teams in the running for AI either. Although, they have some young talent in Marcus Williams, Boone, and Wright I don't think they would be able to put together a package that would peak the 76ers interest to the point were they would trade AI to a division rival.

Well I wouldn't trade Moore anymore. McInnis we don't care about and don't plan to use. Unlike Adams, Wright doesn't contribute as much and he really isn't important to us. Then we have Collins. Enough said.

The only really important player we would give up is RJ.

Lewis a great player, but we need more of an inside presence. Lewis just doesn't seem to fit the profile.

You may feel that way but the point I was actually trying to make is that this trade would put the Wolves way over the leagues max number of 15 players per roster.

Although, he doesn't normally tend to play a post game, with his size he could provide solid minutes at the power forward position if forced into that role.

Thanks for pointing that out. I didn't realize that. Maybe they can give us some fillers, and that might make the deal work.

He does but so can RJ. Lewis might be more effective against the bigger PF's, but at the end of the day, I don't think he can matchup against someone like Dwight on defense.

We need a rebounder and shot-blocker, and unfortunately, Lewis is neither. How about Jefferson, Wright and Krstic for JO, or Jefferson, Collins and a first-rounder for JO

The suns played with an undersized PF and undersized center most of the time the last 2 seasons.

Maybe having RJ or Shard @ PF and picking up the pace is what the Nets need?
