No. 7 UCLA rolls over California 81-57 for 5th straight win

No Johnny Juzang meant opportunities for UCLA's bench players, and they took advantage.

Led by Jaime Jaquez Jr. with 15 points, the seventh-ranked Bruins routed California 81-57 on Thursday night to gain sole possession of first place in the Pac-12 with their fifth straight win.

No. 19 USC overcomes poor shooting, beats Arizona St 58-53

-- — Southern California's first 36 minutes on the basketball court were mostly forgettable Thursday night.

Considering the way the series has gone on Arizona State's court in recent years, they weren't particularly important anyway.

Boogie Ellis scored 21 points, including five free throws in the final minute, to lift No. 19 USC over Arizona State 58-53 and help the Trojans keep pace in the Pac-12 race.

No. 4 Arizona rolls past rival Arizona State for 91-79 win

Oumar Ballo came off the bench on Monday night and immediately did what he does best — use his massive 7-foot, 260-pound body to snag rebounds, score points and generally cause havoc in the paint.

The Arizona Wildcats have a lot of strengths this season. One of the biggest is that they're just plain strong.

Azoulas Tubelis had 19 points and 11 rebounds, Ballo added a crucial 13 points and 10 rebounds, and No. 4 Arizona pulled away in the second half for a 91-79 win over rival Arizona State.

No. 4 Arizona shakes sluggish start, routs Washington 92-68

Down by 14 early on the road in a raucous building, the last thing No. 4 Arizona was going to do was panic.

Once the Wildcats started rolling Saturday, they added even more evidence why they are one of the best teams in the country.

"It just took us a little bit of time to work ourselves into that game," Arizona coach Tommy Lloyd said.

Bennedict Mathurin scored 25 points, Azuolas Tubelis added 21 points and 10 rebounds, and No. 4 Arizona overcame a sluggish start to race past Washington for a convincing 92-68 victory.

No. 3 Arizona battles for hard-fought 84-81 win over Oregon

Kerr Kriisa had tossed a few ugly bricks toward the rim in the minutes before his biggest shooting opportunity of the night.

Then he sized up a 25-footer as the shot clock was winding down, splashed home the 3-pointer, and the Arizona Wildcats were on their way to winning their eighth straight game.

Bennedict Mathurin scored 24 points, Kriisa hit his crucial 3 with 1:26 remaining and No. 3 Arizona beat Oregon 84-81 on Saturday.

Clark, Singleton lead No. 13 UCLA past Washington 76-50

UCLA coach Mick Cronin is scared to see trainer Tyler Lesher for fear of what new injury information he might have. But even in the midst of Cronin's most injury-plagued season in 19 years as a college coach, the Bruins have managed to keep winning.

Minus two starters Saturday night, they were still too much for Washington.

Jaylen Clark and David Singleton posted career highs in scoring as No. 13 UCLA shook off a slow start in a 76-50 victory.

No. 12 UCLA avoids late collapse, beats Arizona State 66-52

With the memory of their triple-overtime loss at Arizona State still fresh two weeks later, the UCLA Bruins weren't about to let the rematch slip away on their home court.

Jaylen Clark had 16 points and nine rebounds in his third straight start and the 12th-ranked Bruins avoided a second-half collapse to beat the Sun Devils 66-52 on Monday night for their third consecutive win
