Shabazz also confirmed that they (or he at least) have not met with Terry and Neil yet.

Yeah that injury stuff seemed odd. One minute he's saying he had a bunch of hidden ailments and literally the next minute he's saying he's healthy going into the offseason. Huhhhhhh?

Did anyone catch Talking Ball last night? Going off my memory, Quick said he had a sit-down with Meyers after the game and it sounds like Meyers is really missing Kim Hughes. So that's a possible reason for why he hasn't really developed since Hughes was let go. I understand they were close, but he needs to suck it up. He's being paid $10 mil a year. He has to get better.

Also, Quick said that because Meyers wasn't healthy for most of last summer, he couldn't really work on his game. That would explain why Leonard had such a terrible year shooting the ball, not to mention whatever ailments he collected throughout the season.

Which we're well aware about but he's got to take it as a learning experience and stop blaming everyone and everything under the moon. Fans are going to boo you when you've been here for five plus years but have regressed from his rookie season. Stop driving your car in the mud and go watch tape.

I love how refreshingly honest Dame is.

How much better would we be if everyone had Dame's mindset? Ugh. He just called out Meyers' confidence issue perfectly.

Can't believe people want to trade this guy for guys like Porzingis who didn't even show up for his exit interview. Intangibles matter, man.

Watching a Dame interview seems to always put my worries about where this organization is going to rest (mostly).

This team is in good hands as long as he's a part of this franchise.

I can see him becoming our GM after he's done playing. Such a great perspective on team development and so grounded.

Both are very articulate, but Dame listens to the questions and takes his time to come up with a response. CJ jumps on the question and rambles a bit and figures out his point midway through his response. Kinda interesting
