My votes is for Dwight. He carries an unappreciated load round these parts.

    In his pants.

I vote for Mike Barrett. Anyone who can keep a broadcast going with Rice as a sidekick deserves recognition.

    Wheels.

Tone is close behind. He speaks his mind.

MB is the company man and won't say anything negative about the team, even if they deserve it.

Rice -- I'm not sure if he's 100% coherent most of the time.

Rice is getting more votes than Barrett? I like Rice, but the guy is getting old and cant get his thoughts out clearly a lot of times. Barrett is good, very good.

Before voting, I needed to decide how to get to my free, season-long Moda suite, from here in Bellingham. I figured, I can afford a second home, a winter cottage. I'd rent an apartment a few blocks from the arena, hang out there on game nights, and because of the long drive, probably end up living there most days of the season. I'd invite all the board members to fill up the suite, and party at my apartment after games.

But then I was stricken with an unpleasant bout of conscience. How will all my stoned and drunk fellow board-members drive home without getting busted? So I amended my business plan. My apartment would be on the Washington side of the border, where grass is legal. As for you guys making it home, I'll buy a big hippie van and employ a driver. Or you could sleep it off at my place, in which case I'll put triple locks on my bedroom door.

I wouldn't have voted in the poll if I hadn't composed a victory plan first. That's how we detail-oriented types roll. Macho Bookkeepers Unite!

You have this worked out fairly well, but have missed the obvious choice for designated driver: BlazerWookee. He only drinks Coors Light, rarely over 14 of them, and the measly amount alcohol in them would be burned off eating chicken wings.
