Yes, Comey said she was guilty of crimes but said no prosecutor would proceed with the case. He laid out the case in detail. Yet numerous prosecutors and former prosecutors have said they would have prosecuted. Are you suggesting that someone like Al Capone was innocent of murder because he wasn't found guilty of it? Or OJ? Geez, get a grip.

I don't know whether what Comey leaked was legal or illegal, ethical or not. I imagine that will get sorted out at some point. I do know that it doesn't really matter. Either way, it's a sideshow to the main circus. barfo
It's the only thing really open to debate. Comey debunked the long running press narrative that there was collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia. Now what?
Hey man, we need the fired FBI chief to ask congress to appoint a special prosecutor. I mean, leak some government memos in hopes he can cause enough controversy to make that happen. Comey apparently had discretion to do whatever he wanted. Come out with Hillary "matter" whenever he wanted, why? Who knows? Decide NOT to publicly state that Trump wasn't being investigated? Why? Because he didn't want to. The guy had way too much power and apparently no guidelines for what he should and shouldn't do. Just wings it as he sees fit.
One guy spent a career at it and still did whatever he wanted and should know better. The other guy is a newbie and actually has some leeway in what he can decide to do.
The last president didn't have a lot of relevant experience, but he had some. And he was also smart enough to know what he didn't know, and to hire qualified people and listen to their advice. Big difference. barfo
Matthews seems to be talking about Trump personally, not the campaign. And, he's just a talking head anyway, he's not privy to what Mueller has or doesn't have on Trump. barfo
