Portland Timbers, Vancouver Whitecaps, San Jose Earthquakes all in for in 2014 Rose City Invitational Three MLS teams will again be heading to Portland to wrap up their presasons for the third year running, as the Portland Timbers announced Wednesday that JELD-WEN Field will play host to the Rose City Invitational, from Feb. 23 to March 1, 2014.
