I just don't like how he looks... it's a totally silly reason but I think you're allowed to do that with people on TV.

    Watch this:

Then go to the home page and watch The Aftermath with Amir Sadollah, Tiki Ghosen, and the two guys that fought last week.

They are giving us lots of extra content this year.

I don't like James. He got tagged by a jab that was thrown before the whistle blew and it landed after the whistle blew and he threw his hands up like, "WTF?" He also got nut checked on accident and when they re-started the fight his opponent didn't touch gloves and he kind of threw his hands up the same way.

I get he got nut tagged but c'mon dude, it's a fight, stop throwing your hands up.

After round 1, Rampage's fighter, Wes, doesn't block leg kicks, either.

It looks like the cardio this season isn't much better than last season, either.

Wes is like a dead man walking. He has to hang on for about a minute and he wins the fight.

    No 3rd round, thank God.

Wes should have a decision here.

James looks like he could make 205, but maybe thats because he's standing next to Shviers.

well I expected there to be some shallow gas tanks with this being HW's but what's the sad excuse from pro football players not having any??

and that was a horrible decision. Beyond leg kicks, McSweeny did nothing. Shivers at least took him down both round and had a half decent kimura/arm lock worked in the first.
    horrible decision IMO.

i would say that shivers got robbed, but really it should have gone to a 3rd round and shivers was completely dead so it's not like he had much of a chance anyway.

so far out of the 4 fighters it looks like there have been 3 with absolutely no(or very little)ground game and the 4th can only wrestle. not exactly a great group there.

i was pretty surprised rampage didn't pick kimbo to fight just so he could pick who kimbo went up against first to make sure it was someone with no ground game. not surprised at all that rashad immediately picked the kimbo/roy nelson fight. and i think kimbo will win this fight.

I'm interested to see Nelson fight Kimbo more than any other fight the show could concoct. Nelson is a pretty good fighter with very advanced grappling. If he can wrangle Kimbo and get him down he should be able to submit him. Nelson kept Arlovski down for a few minutes before the ref stood them up for no good reason. Surely Arlovski is a more dangerous striker than Slice.

The Shivers/McSweeney fight was pretty bad. The problem with the show is that they start and guys are fighting right away. They should have a three or four week conditioning camp before the show even starts. I guess it's on the fighters themselves to come to the show in shape but they never seem to. But I guess the ones who aren't in shape aren't going to win regardless. They don't have it in them.

For the life of me I don't understand the McSweeney pick as Rashad's top pick, other than they are friends. McSweeney is a kickboxer who doesn't have good stand up and doesn't like to get hit. With no ground game. Huh?
