I'm pretty sure what I read was false, if you still want the PM, hit me up.

I'll take the PM. Thanks man.

I thought the decision was pretty crappy, but then again you just as easily could have argued that neither deserved to win. Wes wasn't in good enough shape to last more than a half round, and McSweeney was too afraid of contact to actually take advantage of it (I was shaking my head when McSweeney stood back when Wes was slowly getting up to his feet).

That is the thing. Wes couldn't go another round, but he went 2 and in most people's eyes, he won two.

i don't see any way you could say that wes won the 2nd round. it seemed pretty clear to me that wes won the first round and lost the second.

He landed some shots, had the take down, and transitioned into full mount in round 2.

Yeah, he was also shown with his hands on his knees, but the other dude didn't pursue anything in that round. Towards the end of the round he landed a few kicks and then got that submission attempt that Wes escaped.

The thing I don't get is how the hell two judges scored it 20-18.

Yeah, that was a pretty bad decision, I thought Wes did enough to win. In round two when he mounted he almost got a RNC too so even though Mcsweeney got the guillotine they should of at least cancelled each other out.

I disagree. Shivers didn't do much in the fight. He had a couple of takedowns and submission attempts, and a full mount, but he wasn't able to capitalize. He wasn't able to ground and pound either.

On the feet McSweeney jumped in and out of range punishing him with leg kicks for most of the fight. Shivers couldn't walk for four days following the fight, according to one TUF blogger.

I figured it would go to a third round but hoped it wouldn't because it was such an awful fight.

Seeing Rashad scream "go now, now, go now, don't wait!" for several minutes while McSweeney walked away and kept 20-feet between them was agitating.

I think if Kimbo fought any of those first four fighters, he would've KO'd any of them.

Man that fight was ugly . . . for the sake of the sport I was very happy they didn't have a 3rd round. I thought it was close enough to have a third round, but I could see Dana telling judges to come to a decision because we aren't going to have 2 out of shape heavy weights stare at each other and throw a few harmless punches for an entire round as part of a UFC fight(that is embarassing when one fighter has his hands on his hips sucking air and the other fighter doesn't have enough energy to attack that)

I was excited about this UF10 . . . but Rampage is killing me to the point I almost can't watch it. I'm not an MMA fanatic so I don't know, but is rampage really this dumb? I'm rooting for his team (Rashad comes across too arrogant for me), but his picks, his match ups, it looks like he decides his match up right on the spot . . . heck he can't even remember people's names.

I don't know much about the sport or Rampage, but I swear he just decided to pick the physically biggest fighters and then matching up a his huge fighter against the other team's smallest fighter figuring that is an easy win . . . but it doesn't work that way, right? I mean size is great, but skill can overcome size, right?

Check out "Trouble in Paradise", the latest installment of "War of the Words" as part of a supplement to TUF.

James McSweeney outs himself as a complete dick and almost causes a fistfight in the kitchen of the TUF training centre.

Most people figure Rampage is about half nuts and half con artist. The problem is telling which is which! Evans is probably 75-80% act. His showboating so over-the-top, it is hard to believe it isn't tongue-in-cheek.

Page has been around long enough to know that size just isn't *that* important. My guess? He got Kimbo (the guy everyone wants to see) and Wes Simms (one of the most experienced guys) and everybody else was just cannon fodder.

Bisping won the show, man. McSweeney certainly won't.

Can anybody wait? I mean, I've been thinking about this all day.

Spoilers are available online but I've avoided them like the plague.

You know, he didn't have to do the show. He took a big risk. Rampage kind of fucked him over by not picking a better fight for him when he had the chance, but he was eventually going to get exposed. Now it's almost like ok, put Kimbo to the side, let's see the rest of the fighters carry out the show.

So far, though, we haven't seen much in terms of the fights.
