Next season they're doing lightweights and welterweights again... scraping that barrel.

Looked like Akira tapped twice before the final tap-out.

Fake tapping--not cool, Zeus, not cool.

Much love to Bermudez for putting Akira out... but can't help but notice that Bermudez can hardly put a sentence together. Tito Ortiz syndrome.

I caught that. I didn't understand what he was doing, kind of a half tap.

Finally he does a real tap, pretend like he went unconscious and didn't know what happened. Not liking his actions after either of his fights. He seems very bonded with Bisping, not surprised.

I also thought Miller backed down to Bisping a little with the whole dog thing . . . at the very least they he was very codial to Bisping and personally I want to watch Miller pound (or more likely submit) him. I'm starting to think Bisping is getting to Miller a little.

I think Miller knew Bisping was just trying to annoy him so he took the high road. Obviously ridiculous of Bisping to say that the dog was unsanitary when he had shut the entire gym down earlier by spraying CO2 everywhere, preventing his own team from training. Miller shut him down completely by just agreeing not to bring Gator again. Bisping didn't learn his lesson with Hendo and has another beating queued up but I don't think Miller is the one to give it.

Also, The Brazilian Tap was what Akira did in both of his fights. Tap once or lightly on the opposite side of the ref, try and get the guy to let up a little, then try to get out. So glad it didn't work the second time and he got choked unconscious so bad he woke up and was running around like a crazy person all discombobulated.

Good news, everyone: Bisping fell on his butt.

Re: The Ultimate Fighter 14: Team Bisping vs. Team Miller (last episode tonight)

The season closes out tonight with the two remaining fights and some hype-up for Saturday's TUF Finale.

One thing of note--the TUF Finale cage is 250sqft smaller than the typical Octagon. Doesn't make much of a difference for the little guys but for Bisping, who likes to, shall we say, utilize the space? Could be important.

The Finale is expected to be mostly filled with fights between competitors from the show unlike recent finales that have had lots of veteran UFC fighters on them.

Fights were pretty good this season. Overall I think it was a good way to send-off the old format of the show. Nice to have some closure with the coaches fighting too since we haven't had that in nine (!!) seasons. Dodson/Dillashaw and Brandao/Bermudez both look to be good fights.
