One would assume that a person who works for a "news" station would be more up to date on stuff. Although I suspect this the same thing as the "you" pun bit she did, as it's with the same guy. Trying to be funny, but not realizing neither one of them is actually funny. We used to have a poster on here who was a lot like that.

Har har har, they're so clever.

Oh, crap, they were supposed to wait to take pictures until after I'd finished dusting off the lens.

Rumors are just that. How many rumored trades happen?

No need to be dismiss so harshly. How about a different source with comments from Dame Maggie Aderin-Pocock, honorary research assistant at University College London’s Department of Physics? Researching specific planets that may show biosignatures seems pretty cool to me. This isn't hearsay from some poster's pizza guy.

    Have we just discovered aliens?

Mars was rumored to have water ice long before we knew it actually did.

The rumor of scientific discovery helps keep people interested in the actual science, IMO.

    Biosignatures, not space aliens!

And what she actually said was she thinks we will discover alien life. I agree we probably will. I haven't seen any notice we have.

Roswell was real. Grush isn't lying. There are many more whistleblowers ready to speak on it.

Roswell is a real place but no alien craft crashed there.

Very. Much more so than blurry photos of humanoids and conspiracy theories about cover-up.
Mars did have water. Which means atmosphere. Does not mean living things existed there but does mean it was possible.
