A man had posted about the car he'd bought on his Facebook Account and how a man approached stating that the money spent on that car could have fed many less fortunate people. The Vette owners response to the man made him famous on the net and his story follows below.

A guy looked at my Corvette the other day commenting about how many less fortunate people coud have been fed for the cost of that car.

The Vette owner replied "I am not sure"

It fed a lot of families in Bowling Green who built it,

It fed the people who made the tires.

It fed the people who mined and manufactured the components in and on the car.

It fed the truckers who hauled it from plant to Dealer

So the Vette Owners admitted he did no know how many people it actually fed.

That is the difference between Capitalism and Welfare Mentality. When you buy something you put money in peoples pockets and give dignity for their skills. When you give people something for nothing you rob them of their dignity and self worth. Capitalism is freely giving your money for something of value. Socialism is taking your money against your will and shoving something down your throat that you never asked for.. I can't be politically correct anymore (I guess I never was)
