Wade Phillips is just much too soft to coach a team......The guy has no backbone, which is part of the reason Jerry likes him. I'm not worried about it though. He'll get canned this offseason and hopefully Coward will replace him next year. There's no excuse for that team to play the way they did against the Rams (even with injuries).......not with all that talent. It's unacceptable as a cowboy's fan............

Jerry likes soft coaches, which explains why Johnson and Parcells coached here. Now, you could argue that his other choices.... Switzer, Campo, Gailey, and Wade weren't. But the fact is: he has used coaches on both sides of the extremes. And the next coach is already in Dallas.
