McMillan has shown why he is a great coach this year and last year. The guy has no give in him and he doesn't let the players get down on themselves and has shown to be a great motivator. It was a shame last year he didn't win coach of the year with a team that won 50 wins with missing 311 games. If we come anywhere close to that win count this year (44+) I think it will be a travesty if he doesn't win it. So far this year no coach has had anything remotely close to what Nate is dealing with and the only coach who had to deal with it last year was a coach on a 21 win team (the warriors).
