He is, and will always be, my favorite basketball player of all time. It's actually sad. I live 3 hours from Charlotte, and get none of their games.
Alvin Williams? Are you joking, or are you serious? I remember watching him, the days with Keon Clark, VC, Davis, and Oakley, I was not impressed with him.

I remember watching him, the days with Keon Clark, VC, Davis, and Oakley, I was not impressed with him.
When asked whom he would pick with the game on the line and one shot to decide, Lenny Wilkins calmly and affirmatively stated:"Alvin Williams, without a doubt"Alvin Williams, while perhaps exaggerated by Lenny, was the Raptors most clutch and heralded player. The statistics were not there, that's not debatable. Deeper though, Alvin was one of the ten most hard working players I've ever seen. That's ever. In his career, Alvin had ankle surgeries in the same vein as Grant Hill, and from 2000 and beyond had some form of surgery every offseason.Still, Williams was the Raptors' best one on one defender through his stretch run (ending in 2005 I believe), their most clutch player, their most hardworking player, and hit arguably the franchise's biggest shot against New York in Game 5 of their first round series to seal the deal. Williams was the embodiment of heart, hustle, and conserved success. He was unselfish, immensely intelligent on and off the court, and a class act who will always be remembered.

    1. DeShawn Stevenson was accused of raping a 14 year old girl when he was with Utah.2. Antonio Daniels represents Bowling Green.3. There's a section in the Wizards locker room called 2-6-0 where only DeShawn, Gilbert, and Antonio can enter. If anyone else enters they get the tip of their shoes cut off. Just ask Andray Blatche.4. Brendan Haywood loves his mama.5. Gilbert Arenas's name starts with a G

    1. Kobe's a very good rebounder.2. Andrew Bynum hasn't shown any signs of improvement since October.3. Smush Parker is an ***hole, and the worst defensive point guard in the league.4. Luke Walton has his mouth open non stop when he's playing.

The Warriors have a better home record than the Pistons and the sixth best in the league, but have a worse road record than boston and the second worst in the league.1. A ninety percent free throw shooter, when traded to the warriors, will shoot only 70% from the line once in a warriors uniform.2. The Warriors are a force to be reckoned with when healthy.3. Andris Biedrins is not actually that good, he just gets garbage rebounds that any big man would get in his place. He cannot box out.4. Baron Davis takes more shots in the clutch than any individual in the league. The problem is he never makes them.5. Stephen Jackson is a great passer.6. Al Harrington has been playing center, and playing it very well.7. The Warriors don't have a single bad defender on their team, and yet suck at defense. Go figure.8. The Warriors have beaten every single good team in the league and lost to every single bad team.
Eh... that describes Murphy I think. Biedrins gets tons of rebounds off tipping the ball to himself and he gets the offensive rebounds that Murphy is scared of.

Everytime one of its teams wins a title, it changes its address. Example: If the Pistons won the title this year, its address would be 6 Championship Drive.-The Pistons have 2 numbers retired of people who never played in the NBA. 00 for their mascot from 1999-2003 and 2 for Chuck Daly, with the 2 representing the number of championships he won.

    1. The Raptor mascot is the best in Sports.2. Andrea Bargnani could have won ROY this year.3. Anthony Parker was the best free agent signing this year.4. We have the best record in the East since January.5. Jorge Garbajosa never shaves.6. Chris Bosh cannot grow any facial hair.7. Jorge Garbajosa has won a championship with every team he has been on.8. Jose Calderon is the best backup Point Gaurd in the league9. The Raptors dance pak is one of the best in the league.10. Kris Humphries is a really solid role player, and can average 7-8 rebounds a game.11. NBA Players actually will tell you Toronto is the best city in the NBA, were very multicultural.12. I grow more facial hair than Chris Bosh.

It starts off with bunch of randomadvertisement for like get ______% off this _____ surgery. Then it shows Hamilton and he syas "Does this make sense to you?". "Why trust the discount of the day when the best in Lasik eye Surgery is in your backyard". " I Trust My Eyes to Dr.Rahmani, and I think you should too." And then a bunch of other stuff about Dr.Rahmani.

I think that next offseason, he should be fine if he gets some time to exercise offseason with Nelson's requirements.

Re: Things other fans don't know about your team/players

Im sorry, but this thread proves my point that Boston fans overrate their team....Memphis Grizzlies-Klye Lowry can dunk-Theres a line of great fowards that Rudy Gay is now part of [Grant Hill>Tracy McGrady>Mike Miller>Rudy Gay]-Tony Barone once murdered a man in an Italian Restaurant-Mike Miller is a legit scorer, not just a shooter-Memphis has a player from each school of the #1 seeds from the 2006 NCAA Tourney(Lowry-Villanova Dahntey Jones-Duke Rudy Gay-UConn ...and Memphis is in Memphis...the last #1 seed)-Memphis Grizzlies were the first team to have an official website-The Charlotte Hornets and the Vancouver Grizzlies applied for Memphis(to move here) ironicly on the same day-The Memphis organization were seriously thinking about changing the team colors to Purple and Organge, and the name to Memphis Express...thank god that didnt happen....-Despite several losing seasons and lotto seasons(mostly in vancouvor mind you), Memphis has never had that 1st overall pick...I think this year is about time-Hakim Warrick bought Shane Battiers pimpnoville last season in an auction(it was a Cadillac or something...)-Mike Fratello and John Calipari would occasionaly(when they could) eat at an local bar together
