If I were the Raptors I would trade VC for Aaron Mckie, Korver and Glenn Robinson. Korver is going to be a Peja type of player. Aaron is past his prime but he is a great spark off the bench. If given minutes, Glenn Robinson can easily average 20 ppg.
arrghhh!!! im so mad! this was my trade idea! I thought of trading VC for Mike Miller! im so mad. i was talkin about this in the "disgrace topic" Adding bonzi wells would be kinda hesitant from the grizzlies side. they would probably ask for a big man from us(moiso). Moiso and palacio are the only other players i'd include in the deal if it were to be miller and wells. Korver, Mckie and glenn robinson?? not bad. i heard glenn wanting to be traded so that it would benefit the sixers and i really like korver and mckie those two can fit very well in to any rotation.
Niether do I, Kareem Rush and Caron Butler for Vince? The 'Reef deal is better than that one and so is the deal from Memphis. All we know is that Kareem can hit threes like Mo Pete and Caron is a risk, he still hasnt bounced back to the Caron he was in his rookie year.
Yo,,, i dont think that we could get Ray Allen anymore for vince cuz the sonics are doing so well right now(scary). But on the other hand the hornets is the crapiest teams in the league(0-8) and they have a player named Baron Davis...See where im going here.

Toronto is already above the salary cap at approximately $65 million and the salary cap is set at $43.87 million for the 04-05 season. So even if the cap increases for the 05-06 season to let say about $45 million ($65 million in current salary - $26 million that's coming off in Shareef Abdur-Rahim & Derek Anderson or Nick Van Exel = Total salary of $39 million), Raps will only get about $6 million in cap flexbility + $5 million exception + Marshall's $4.5 million. However, we'll have 6 free agents this upcoming off season in Matt Bonner, Donyell Marshall, Roger Mason Jr., Jerome Moiso, Milt Palacio and Pape Sow, and we will at least need to lock Donyell Marshall and Matt Bonner to a new deal let alone addressing the rest of the bench. Looks to me it will be hard to go after big-name free agents like Ray Allen for yet another off-season. :thumbsdow

The only advantage is the cap space with the Shareef one, and also having Shareef for a while offensively at least. <div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">Looks to me it will be hard to go after big-name free agents like Ray Allen for yet another off-season. </div> If Seattle keeps it up, Ray isn't going anywhere, so it doesn't matter anyways, we have to go after the "second tier" guys, Hughes, Joe Johnson etc..

Id rather have a Carter playing the way he is then Big Dog playing his best. He'd got no defense, no offense other than throwing up ill adivised shots and he's a cancer to the team...not to mention his age and injury problems. Korver's a 3 guy and thats it...he's unproven. He's nothing...slightly better than a Moiso. i know they're different players...but i mean as far as value goes. Mckie....no no no. We dont need him...and he's on his way down...pretty quickly too. as for the other idea...Rush and Butler...thats almost as bad as ^ next thing you know miami's gunna call up and offer jones and his stupid contract...oh wait nevermind...they already did. Hahaha...and the NYK offering up a trade would probably be Tim Thomas and Penny.....OMG give me a break come on!!! ok vince isnt playing that good, but its obvious its just cause he's unhappy. He's not injured, hasnt been injured for a more than a year. Even playing like crap and disgruntled he's worth twice as much as any of these offers.
Washington has some possibilities. I wouldn't mind Hughes and another player. Hughes is a good defender and has shown he can score.
